General Delivery Information
We offer reliable UK delivery using Royal Mail as our courier.
- Free Standard Delivery is available on all UK online orders over £75
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays
- Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or on weekends or Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next working day
- Delivery times shown are estimated, not guaranteed, unless otherwise stated
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible once payment has been successfully completed.

Royal Mail Tracked 24® (Next Working Day Aim)
- Estimated delivery: Next working day
- Cost: £6.00
- Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day but this is not guaranteed
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® by 1pm
- Guaranteed delivery: By 1:00 pm on the next working day
- Cost: £11.95
- Available on orders placed before 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Important: Orders must be placed and completed by 1:00 pm to qualify for same-day dispatch on next-day services.
Delivery prices may vary depending on the weight or size of your order.
Dispatch Times
- Standard Delivery orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Tracked 24® and Special Delivery orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day
- Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day
Dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent once your order has left us.
Bank Holidays & Christmas Delivery
Delivery times may be affected during UK Bank Holidays and the Christmas period, which is outside of our control.
Royal Mail publishes official Last Recommended Posting Dates for Christmas each year.
We will clearly communicate these deadlines via:
- A website announcement
- An image banner
- Or an announcement bar at the top of our website
We strongly recommend placing Christmas orders early to avoid disappointment.
Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
Under UK consumer law:
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (unless otherwise agreed), you are entitled to a full refund
- We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you
We will always work to resolve delivery issues fairly and promptly.
Liability & Responsibility
While we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or national disruptions), this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under UK consumer law.
