    Whether you'd like to have your favourite pair of trousers tapered in the leg, or your jeans shortening, zip repairs, button replacement, or dress repairs we've got you covered.

    We can carry out dress shortening, fix broken straps and torn tassels, and mend any dress detailing and beading. If you've lost or gained a little around the middle we can shorten your belt or can add extra punched holes. We can also fix worn jean crotches, or mend sweater necklines.

    Whatever the issue, if your clothes are in need of some tender loving care our expert tailors will carry out all alterations and repairs to the highest quality and have them looking as good as new.

Alteration Postal Service

  • Step 1

    Pick your choice of alteration from our list of jobs available here or from below.

  • Step 2

    Once you have selected your required alteration job, please take your time when picking your measurements. We have guides online available to help you along the way.

  • Step 3

    Add your alteration job to your basket and proceed to check out.

    We use Royal Mail's standard delivery to ship your garments back to you, free of charge.

    However you will be required to pick your own choice of courier and cover your own delivery charges, when sending your items to us.

  • Step 4

    Pack your items safely, boxed or within a parcel package is up to you and send to the following address:

  • Step 5

    Once we have received your item, we will email you to notify that we have have it.

    We aim to turn around all alteration jobs within 1-2 days.

  • Step 6

    We will dispatch your item back to you, using Royal Mail. Once again, you will be notified when your item has been dispatched.

    If you are sending an expensive item and wish to have compensation covered on our delivery, please get in touch to arrange further payment.

Introducing our new online postal service for alteration and repairs!

For over 20 years, we have been offering a tailoring service in our shop, to alter the fit of all clothing (men's and ladies), the length of curtains, repairing bags and pretty much anything that will fit under the foot of our sewing machines.

Our plan is to reach out further to customers that may not be able to get to our shop or may just prefer the convenience of sending your garments to us by post.
